Heartfelt Fridays Are Coming!
Michigan Premier Events Launches Community Donation Drive to Spread Kindness This Season
LANSING, MI — [November 11, 2025] — Michigan Premier Events is excited to announce the launch of Heartfelt Fridays, a new community initiative dedicated to giving back and spreading kindness throughout the Greater Lansing area.
On select Fridays in November and December, Michigan Premier Events will host collection drives to support three impactful local organizations — the Greater Lansing Food Bank, Punks with Lunch, and The Fledge Foundation. Community members are encouraged to drop off non-perishable food items, warm clothing, and personal care products to help neighbors in need during the holiday season.
As a small token of appreciation, guests who stop by to donate will receive a free cup of coffee to go — a warm thank-you from the Michigan Premier Events team.
This year, Michigan Premier Events will also be joining the fun at Silver Bells in the City in Downtown Lansing on Friday, November 21, from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. During the event, the team will be coordinating a special Heartfelt Friday donation collection and passing out free hot cocoa and hot apple cider (while supplies last) to spread some extra warmth and cheer.
Donation Drop-Off Hours:
Friday, November 14 — 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Friday, November 21 — 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. (During Silver Bells in the City)
Friday, December 5 — 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Friday, December 19 — 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Donations can be delivered to the Michigan Premier Events office during the designated collection times.
