Event Planner

​Part Time Employee 20 hours per week

Michigan Premier Events is seeking a talented, organized, and detail-oriented Event Planner to join our growing team in Lansing, Michigan.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, communicates professionally, and enjoys transforming ideas into meaningful, well-executed experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

• Coordinating corporate, nonprofit, association, and community events
• Managing event timelines, vendors, venues, and logistics
• Supporting client meetings and communications
• Assisting with budgets, registration, décor, and event-day execution
• Managing multiple projects while meeting important deadlines
• Providing an exceptional experience for our clients and guests

 

Candidates should have strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Evening and occasional weekend availability is required.

Event Associate

Contract Position

​

Michigan Premier Events is looking for dependable, energetic, and professional Event Associates to provide onsite support for upcoming events.

This flexible contract opportunity is ideal for college students, individuals interested in gaining event experience, or anyone looking to earn additional income.

​

Event Associates will assist with:

• Event setup and preparation
• Guest registration and check-in
• General onsite event assistance
• Event takedown and cleanup

​

Candidates must be reliable, punctual, professional, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to provide excellent customer service. Evening and weekend availability may be required.

​

This is an as-needed contract position. Hours will vary depending on the event schedule and are not guaranteed.
