Willis is the Founder and CEO of Michigan Premier Events, a leading event management company specializing in association, corporate, and government events across Mid-Michigan, Grand Rapids, and Detroit. With over 10 years of experience, Ashlee partners with organizations to create innovative programs and events that drive business growth and community engagement at local, statewide, and national levels.

A dedicated community leader and philanthropist, Ashlee co-founded Lansing Lift Up Local and has led numerous high-profile events, including those with celebrity involvement. She is actively involved in several boards and committees, including the South Central United Way , ATHENA WIN, Strikeout Baseball and Delta Township Economic Development Advisory Board.
